I have been using lipstick by Gabriel. Their website indicates that all of their products are gluten free.

Another great company is Peacekeeper Cause-metics. All of their lipsticks and glosses are gluten free. I have a sesame seed allergy and have had a doubly hard time finding one that is gluten free without sesame oil. Both Red Apple and Gabriel use sesame oil. Peacekeeper sources their vitamin e from a non-wheat source.
